• Items normally ship within 2-3 days of purchase.
• All items are shipped Priority Mail and should arrive within 3 days of shipping.
• Please email inquiries@ianlander.com before purchasing items that require international shipping.

Returns

• Online purchases from ianlander.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• In order to return an item, please email inquiries@ianlander.com for a return authorization number. Items cannot be returned without a return authorization number.
• Items deemed defective by Ian Lander Jewelry will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Gifts

• When completing your order with Paypal, you may choose "gift options" and add gift wrap and/or a gift message.
• Items shipped as gifts will ship with a gift receipt. The purchase price will not be included.
• Our normal return policy applies to items sent as gifts.
